We’ve reimagined the graphing calculator with today’s students in mind. NumWorks is a more modern and intuitive graphing calculator developed in collaboration with teachers. With a comprehensive suite of features, the calculator grows with students from middle school to college.

Job description

NumWorks is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our rapidly expanding team this year. The ideal candidate has had experience supporting a sales team and inputting information into a customer management system. Experience working with teachers and a passion for mathematics are a plus!

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide support to our sales team and continue meaningful relationships with leads and prospective schools as they explore and adopt NumWorks calculators across the country.

Responsibilities

Connect with the sales team

  • Create user accounts, submit sample requests, and process shipments.
  • Update and maintain the user database.
  • Provide clerical and organizational support.
  • Generate monthly reports.

Support customers

  • Assist customers in creating and completing orders.
  • Follow up with heads of schools and districts to offer them support and schedule trainings.
  • Relay customer questions, suggestions and feedback to the sales and development teams.
  • Share information about software updates and helpful resources with existing customers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales or sales administrator experience and/or Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology-based productivity tools including Google Applications
  • Adept at managing time effectively across numerous engagements with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excitement about joining a smaller company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Experience supporting a sales team
  • Experience working in the educational field

Salary & Benefits

  • $38,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience)
