We wanted our calculator to be the world's first intuitive graphing calculator. This had quite lot of implications when picking our parts: we wanted a device that could sleep for a very long time without draining its battery, that would have an amazing battery life, a great color display and that could be recharged from a standard USB port.
And obviously, we wanted to make the device as slim, efficient and affordable as possible.
