How do I detect my calculator?

When updating or restoring your calculator, it must be detected by Google Chrome. The detection is done when a popup window appears at the top left of your browser.

During an update or during a Python script upload

If you run into detection problems during an update:

  1. If you are on Windows, it is possible that there was a problem during the installation of the driver. You have the option to fix it. To do this, simply download the driver again and then double click on the downloaded file. Windows will then ask you if you want to install or repair the program. Choose Repair and restart your computer.
  2. This can come from an improper contact on the cable. In this case, try unplugging your device and plugging it again. Also consider trying another USB port on your computer.
  3. Your browser may not be up to date. If it is the case, update your browser and try again.

During a recovery procedure
