What is the recovery procedure?

The recovery procedure allows you to completely reinstall your calculator software. The recovery procedure will also allow you to restart your calculator if it is blocked in update mode.

How do I complete the recovery procedure?

To restore your calculator:

1. Log into your NumWorks account by clicking here.
2. Go to our recovery page and follow all the steps. Follow the order of the steps carefully. The order is important in the detection of your calculator.
